Kefta bel harch is a traditional Moroccan dish originating in the city of Rabat, the capital of Morocco.


This comforting dish is beloved by many, as it is a simple, affordable, and very flavorful dish of ground beef stuffed with rice.


The dish consists of ground beef (or lamb), that is flavored with warm spices. Rice is added to stretch the quantity and make the dish more filling. The Meatballs are then cooked in a flavorful sauce of onions and spices, then served with Moroccan bread.

From a young age, she learned the art of Moroccan cuisine from her mother, who is also a native of the capital city, and who taught her all the classic Rbati recipes that were passed on to her from her mother and her grandmother.
